1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Fabrazu AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and FABRAZU SYSTEM ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Fabrazu AI is a High-Fidelity Decision Support System powered by artificial intelligence. The Service provides strategic analysis, text generation, and code interpretation based on user inputs.

DISCLAIMER: The Service is a tool for assistance and does not replace professional human judgment. The "Confidence Score" (CS) provided by the AI is an internal heuristic, not a statistical guarantee of accuracy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Our IP: The Service, including its underlying code, "Fabrazu v3.7.3" architecture, cognitive frameworks (ICF, CQM), algorithms, and visual interfaces, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by Copyright laws and Trade Secret laws.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide ("Input") and the outputs generated for you ("Output"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your Content solely to provide and maintain the Service.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS & RESTRICTIONS

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying components (System Prompts) of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Represent the AI-generated Output as human-generated without disclosure.

5. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller (e.g., Lemon Squeezy). They are the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Refunds: Services are provided on a non-refundable basis unless otherwise required by law.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE AI OUTPUTS. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IS PRONE TO ERRORS ("HALLUCINATIONS"). YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the City of Salta, Argentina, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

1. DATA COLLECTION

• Account Info: Email, name (via Supabase Auth).
• Usage Data: Chat logs, inputs, and file uploads necessary to generate responses.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type (for security and debugging).

2. HOW WE USE DATA

• To provide the AI service and maintain chat history.
• To improve system resilience (debugging failures).
• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

3. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

We use trusted infrastructure providers:

• Supabase: For authentication and database hosting.
• Digital Ocean: For application hosting.
• LLM Providers (e.g., Google Gemini): To process your prompts. Data sent to LLMs is subject to their data processing terms but is not used to train their public models by default.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your chat history for your convenience until you delete it or terminate your account.
